FI'S COCONUT WATER POPSICLE'S
One of our amazing Naturopaths Fiona McPhee shares with us her delicious dairy free, popsicle recipe she makes for her beautiful daughter Rosie, this recipe is sure to keep you cool on this hot Summer day.
Here is what you will need:
Pop molds - available online, Target, Ikea etc.
Blend coconut water, frozen mango and banana until smooth and you reach your desired consistency. Fill popsicle molds with a little passionfruit at the base. Then pour mixture into the molds, place the lid on the molds and freeze (approx 15-20 minutes). If you are after a more creamy pop, instead of coconut water blend yoghurt or coconut milk. Enjoy!
